The reason why the screen printing room is separated from other factories is that the screen printing room must be very clean, and all the people working inside must change their shoes to enter. The screen printing room is also called the dust-free screen printing room. There are manual screen printing and machine screen printing for screen printing. Here we will talk about manual screen printing. What must be prepared for manual screen printing? And what is the screen printing process?

1. Ink: Ink is necessary for silk screen printing. There is no pattern where ink comes from. The ink is divided into many colors, and adjusting the ink is a must for the silk screen master.

2. Screen: Screen is prepared for printing patterns on glass. First smear the photosensitive adhesive on the screen, and then combine the film and strong light to make the pattern on the screen. Put the film under the stencil, then expose the photosensitive adhesive on the stencil with strong light, and then rinse off the photosensitive adhesive in the film after finishing, and the pattern is made.

3. Oven: The oven reminds us of baking. That’s right, just put the glass in the oven for baking. After the glass is printed with the pattern, the ink on it does not dry out quickly. If you take the glass at this time, you will encounter it. Ink, this will destroy the pattern. After passing through the oven, the ink will dry out and the pattern will not be easily wiped off.

4. Tempering furnace: Why go through the tempering furnace? There are high-temperature screen printing inks and low-temperature screen printing inks for screen printing. High-temperature screen printing inks must be screen printed before passing through the tempering furnace. In this way, the ink is fused with the glass surface, and then it is impossible for you to wipe off the ink.
